Race Car Goes Completely Airborne Mid-Race [VIDEO]

It is nothing short of a miracle that this driver survived.

This video shows truly the dangers of racing. I guess it goes without saying, but anytime you get heavy clunks of metal traveling at incredibly high speeds, bad things can happen at the blink of an eye.

That was certainly the case in this viral racing clip.

This race in particular featured high-flying (literally) formula one cars. They were zooming all around the track when the unthinkable happened.

One car went completely airborne before crashing. When i say completely, I mean it. We're talking all four tires off the cement and the car sent flying in the air before gravity ultimately took over.

Amazingly, the driver not only survived, but did so without being hurt at all.
