Radiohead had to cancel their show on Saturday after a fatal stage collapse.

They had an outside stage set up in Toronto but it collapsed, killing one of their road crew members and injuring three more. According to reports, this scaffolding type structure collapsed about 40 to 60 feet above the stage, and it pinned and killed their crew member Scott Johnson.

The gates weren’t open at the time of the collapse. The show was sold out and more than 40,000 fans were expected.
