5. CNN has hired Camille Grammer to be their fashion and celebrity commentator for the Academy Awards. She says she's "pumped" and "psyched," but right now, her focus is on getting the right dress. Camille will be joining AJ Hammer and Brooke Anderson for the special, "Showbiz Tonight: Road to Gold," which will air on both CNN and HLN. Brilliant move on CNN's part because I might even switch away from E! a couple times to check out Camille...

4. Paris Hilton and Cy Waits were shopping for engagement rings at Jacob & Co. in NYC on Friday. A source says Paris was joking that her ring has to be at least 24 carats, but I'm thinking maybe she was serious. He just coughed up the cash on a brand new Lexus LFA, but will he have the cash to spring for a big ring? How much money does this guy have? He got dropped as managing partner at Wynn and Encore's Tryst and XS nightclubs after being popped in Las Vegas for drug possession. He has to go to court Aug. 22 to face felony criminal charges. Yeah, sounds like a great guy to marry. Anyway, back to engagement ring shopping... Paris didn't leave with one of those, but she did walk out of Jacob & Co. wearing a $25K white gold and black diamond encrusted ring. No word on who actually paid for it.

3. Two hot messes ready to get back to work -- Demi Lovato and Lindsay Lohan. Demi reportedly is back in the recording studio, working on a new album. There's no word yet on whether she'll be returning to "Sonny with a Chance." And Lindsay has been hired to star in a movie filming this summer called "Escaping the Game." It's about celebrities who can't handle all the attention that comes with fame, so they fake their deaths or mysteriously disappear and flee to a remote island. Lindsay would play a cop who investigates the celebrity disappearances. This job, of course, depends on whether or not she manages to stay out of jail...

2. Justin Bieber said he was sick of having the same haircut for three and a half years... it was in his eyes all the time and he didn't want it in his face any more... So Justin made the drastic decision to CUT HIS HAIR!!! How would his fans feel about this?!?! Actually, I think it looks great. And the cool thing is, Justin's auctioning off his snippings for charity. No word yet on which charity that will be.

1. Rihanna turned 23 on Sunday and celebrated with some of her celebrity friends, including Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Cee Lo Green, Joel Madden, Christina Milian, and Zac Efron. Noticeably absent was Katy Perry, but she had a great excuse. She was performing a concert in Lisbon. But she tweeted her disappointment and performed an acoustic version of the birthday girl's song, "Only Girl in the World," in Rihanna's honor. Also at her birthday party was Ryan Phillippe, whom Rihanna rejected at a pre-Grammy party the weekend before. Maybe it's because she's all about Colin Farrell right now. Rumor is, the two of them met on a British talk show and exchanged phone numbers. The two of them began texting each other, which quickly turned to "sexting." A source says Collin was actually taken aback by some of Rihanna's texts. Both of them are single now, so they're free to sext as much as they want, I guess...
