The Bossier Farmers Market at Pierre Bossier Mall is open every Saturday from 9 am - 1 pm through Saturday, November 26th. 

The Shreveport Farmers Market is back Saturdays from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm in Festival Plaza in downtown Shreveport through August 27, 2022. Parking and admission are both free and most vendors accept coupons from the Louisiana Farmers' Market Senior Nutrition Program, the WIC Program, and SNAP.

Brantley Gilbert is bringing his Son of the Dirty South tour to Bossier City’s Brookshire Grocery Arena along with Jelly Roll and Pillbox Patti Thursday, August 25th.

August 26th and 27th the Ray Forcier Memorial Rodeo returns to Benton

“Let’s Go Girls," the ultimate girl's night out is this Saturday, August 27th at 6 pm at The Minden Civic Center thanks to the Minden Junior Service League. The event features over 20 vendors, line dancing, an open bar, and Nashville-inspired appetizers with a BBQ nacho bar. There will also be door prizes every 15 minutes.

The 2022 Auction Against AIDS for the Philadelphia Center will be held Saturday, August 27th at Sam’s Town Casino from 6 pm to 10 pm. Local art, as well as other items, will be auctioned off.  The theme this year is the '80s.

Join the Shreveport Regional Arts Council and Bossier Arts Council for monthly GloFests debuting new light shows on the “Bakowski Bridge of Lights” on the Texas Street Bridge. The next event is Friday, September 2nd from 7 - 10 pm.

The City of Shreveport will again host some of the top high school football programs in the region during the 2022 Battle on the Border High School Football Showcase. Games will be held on September 2-3 at Shreveport’s Independence Stadium. Friday, September 9th, Gary Allen is coming to Margaritaville's Paradise Theater at 8 pm. This is a 21+ show and tickets start at $60.

The 18th Annual Highland Jazz and Blues Festival will be held in the historic Columbia Park in Shreveport on Saturday, September 17th starting at 11 am with free admission.

Lee Brice is coming to Bossier’s Brookshire Grocery Arena Friday, September 23rd alongside Michael Ray and Jackson Dean. 

The Red River Revel runs October 1st - 9th with performances by Neal McCoy, Mannie Fresh, and Everclear. 

Luke Bryan is bringing his Raised Up Right Tour to Bossier’s Brookshire Grocery Arena Friday, October 7th.

Chris Stapleton returns to Bossier City’s Brookshire Grocery Arena Friday, October 21st.

The 116th State Fair of Louisiana is set to run from October 27th - November 13th with performances from Uncle Kracker and more!

The 46th Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl is set for Friday, December 23rd. The game will kick off at 2 pm and will air on ESPN.
