Halloween starts early this year in Downtown Shreveport with a Bar Crawl and Drink Competition This Thursday (October 19th). The event kicks off on the Red River District at Fully Stacked and according to the Event Page includes a Pub Crawl cup that allows you to have an open container between locations. The fun starts at 5pm so gather your friends and let's kick off Halloween!
