Paul Skenes and Livvy Dunne Rally Fans at Rocco’s for Jell-O Shot Record
The College World Series is underway, and the energy is electric for LSU fans back home in Louisiana or all the way out at Charles Schwab Field or Rocco's Pizza and Cantina in Omaha. Purple and gold royalty have descended upon Nebraska to join Tiger fans and crush their World Series Jello Shot record.
LSU Continues To Dominate Off The Field
Rocco's Jello Shot Challenge has been a tradition of the CWS for years, inviting fans of each team in the bracket to the pizza parlor to throw back as many jello shots as possible before the end of the bracket. Each shot is only $5 (at least it is this year), and in the past, when LSU made it to the CWS (and dominated), their fans set the record with over 68,000 sold at Rocco's in 2023.
LSU is already in the lead since this year's series kicked off, and the last update from Rocco's at the time of writing leaves LSU fans with 20,279 cups of liquor and gelatin; the next closest team is Murray State with 7,709 sold. Even if LSU is eliminated from the CWS bracket, fans can still take home a win from Rocco's.
LSU's Secret Weapons: An MLB Athlete, a TikTok Star, and a Chicken Salesman
Louisiana State University baseball fans have an ace, or two, up their sleeve when it comes to this year's jello challenge. The Baton Rouge power couple of Paul Skenes and Livvy Dunne have joined LSU fans at Rocco's and are helping to keep the record untouched.
Livvy and Paul are working as a trio to keep the record with fellow Louisiana legend and LSU alumnus, Todd Graves of Raising Canes.
