All these incidents remain under investigation by SFD Fire Investigators who are diligently working to determine the origin and cause for each fire.

Rescue 9 arrived on scene within four (4) minutes and reported heavy smoke and flames coming from the roof of a two-story residential structure.

Shreveport Fire Department Crews were dispatched at 11:39 a.m. on October 23, 2024 for the report of an apartment fire at the vacant Jolie Apartments.

SFD believes the fire started in a support column and spread to the attic area of the building.
