It may be 2014 but the '90s rivalry of Backstreet Boys vs. *NSYNC has been briefly resurrected through a war of words started by *NSYNC alum Joey Fatone. Yesterday, Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter took to Twitter to respond to Fatone's comments.
Joey Fatone's new title is "Crusher and Destroyer of Dreams." The former member of 'N Sync took all of a minute to crush the hopes and dreams of 'N Sync fans the world over and to throw a little shade at Backstreet Boys' doorstep.
Update: We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but it looks like this epic world tour was just to good to be true. According to MTV News, a rep for BSB stated that the BSB/Spice Girls world tour is a no-go. (We'll just be over here, crying into our '90s-era posters.)
