SPAR director Shelly Ragle said the work on the park is now scheduled for completion this fall, with delays due flooding last summer and beyond.

Whoever came up with this campaign to get people to adopt dogs from their local shelters is genius!

Dang! Not too long ago I posted about this event but it has been postponed til January. Here's the message I received:
