Days ahead of Shreveport's first big Mardi Gras weekend, posters from a group linked to the deadly White Nationalist rallies in Charlottesville have appeared downtown
I recently traveled around downtown Shreveport to take a look at some of the changes along Texas Street and other areas. It is nice to see all the activity on Texas Street.
As you travel past downtown Shreveport on I-20 and look to the buildings, you'll notice the gigantic painting on two sides of the AT&T building. Most Shreveport residents might think it just a cool piece of art or something to spruce up the old brick facade, but believe it or not, there is much more to the 14-story mural than you might expect.
