DWI arrest

On August 18, at approximately 1:10 a.m., Shreveport Police officers were dispatched to the 5200 block of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop in response to a major accident.

A concerned citizen stated that a male was slumped over the wheel, sleeping, in a black Honda Accord.
