How has no one scooped up this sweet boy yet?

He was covered with thick matting including mats covering his eyes and he was so scared and no one could catch him. He would sleep under cars or wherever he could get out of the sun and heat.

He is very sweet, submissive, and shy. He loves other dogs and cats. He really is the sweetest boy.

If you love getting winked at, this little girl only has one eye, so she's definitely for you.

The staff at Ninna's said she is very submissive and scares easily because of that she will need a calm and patient home.
