It's a type of self-therapy. I love what Nancy Mairs said: "I will write myself into well-being."

So that is where I am at in life. I am focusing on me and taking care of my self and that isn't being selfish. It is self love.

I think we all wish we were a bit more organized, had more patience, always treated others with kindness and knew exactly what to say. I've got stacks of self improvement books at home, including my Bible, and it's still a struggle. Maybe a few of these pointers will help...
