There are many relationships in our lives we can celebrate that bring love, companionship, and joy--even if these aren't romantic in nature.

Tough times can be a catalyst for "waking up." We are reminded that there's no time to waste--so get busy living a life that you love.

And no, money isn't the key to happiness. It's actually much simpler than that!

For many of us, there is a running dialogue with ourselves and it isn't always very positive. Why do we treat ourselves with such disdain?

So that is where I am at in life. I am focusing on me and taking care of my self and that isn't being selfish. It is self love.
