Just as NBC’s Powerless carried on the late Adam West’s inimitable presence, so too will Family Guy keep our beloved Bright Knight alive. Producers confirm West recorded at least five more episodes for the coming season, after which Quahog’s mayor may never be replaced.
We’re still reeling the loss of Star Wars legend and all-around treasure Carrie Fisher, though as tends to be the case with departed stars, their upcoming projects will help uphold their legacy. In addition to completing her work on Star Wars Episode VIII, Fisher had also recorded several 2017 episodes of Family Guy, and completed her role in Season 3 of the UK’s Catastrophe.

It’s funny that the poster for Ted 2 features the title character with his back to the camera and his hands suggestively poised near his crotch above the tagline “Ted is coming, again” because the whole movie revolves around the fact that Ted can’t come, not even once. Ted doesn’t have any genitals or a reproductive system, so he can’t have a baby with his wife. His search for a sperm donor eventually spills into the legal system, where a court case will decide a surprisingly complex question: Is Ted a person?
