Unfortunately for Christina and Mark Rotondo their 30-year-old son plans to appeal. There has not been a set date for him to move out yet. The Judge will have to give the date and time and we all eagerly await.

The unhappy couple filed court documents hoping to have their case heard by the Supreme Court of New York State. Unfortunately for the couple, since Michael is a family member, the unlucky parents will have to go to court and have a hearing.
