There's no denying that the newly-named Caesars Superdome could use a facelift. That upgrade could come sooner than you think.

Whether you're a New Orleans Saints fan or not, you have to admit, the newly re-named Caesar's Superdome is an impressive building!

Just how important is the #WhoDatNation to the New Orleans Saints? So important that head coach Sean Payton is throwing out the idea of putting tons of Saints fans in quarantine so that they can attend playoff games in the Superdome.

Mayor-President Josh Guillory of Lafayette has a solution for the New Orleans Saints not being able to have fans inside of the Superdome for home games. He has offered the Saints and the NFL the option to host Saints home games in Lafayette at Cajun Field if Mayor Cantrell will not allow fans in the Superdome.

So much work goes on inside the Superdome prior to a New Orleans Saints game.

Work on the Superdome renovations continued through the state-wide shutdown, as the project was deemed "essential".

As we reported earlier this week, Mercedes-Benz has declined to renew their contract with the Superdome leaving the building looking for new sponsorship suitors.

Given it's the City of New Orleans, it seems the partnership would be a match made in...well...you know what I'm getting at.

If you would have asked me if I saw Mercedes Benz not renewing the naming rights to the Superdome in New Orleans, this wouldn't have been in my top 10. 2020 has been a crazy year thus far and it may be difficult to find another company willing to cough up the kind of cash Mercedes did.

A spokesperson for the Superdome Commission says the goal of the pending construction project is to "bring the Superdome to the 21st century".

The Cajun Cannon was in rare form when the Saints hosted the Falcons on Thanksgiving.
