I had the absolute honor of kicking off the YMCA NWLA's 4th annual 9/11 commemorative stair climb.

Some changes are on the way to the Little League fields on Knight Street in southeast Shreveport.

Last weekend I took part in the inaugural YMCA Celebrity Flag Football Game... Here's what happened! Let me start by saying I am still incredibly sore. I would have wrote this recap sooner, but I had Bronchitis and a lot of dental work this week...

The event will start at 10 am to Noon, and it is free and open to the public.
