The Best New Bagel Company Was Just Created in Shreveport.

I have heard about the Bagel Boss Lady around town and I never went out of my way to try her bagels. I am in the Pacific Northwest often and let's be real, the bagels don't get better than in the PNW. I don't make the rules.

I Was Cruising the Shreveport Farmers Market When a Friendly Face Lured Me Into the Bagel Section.

"Hey there would you like to try one of our bagels?" I figured I'd try a bagel and that is when the Bagel Boss Lady team trapped me. "The mixed berry bagel is so good with the peanut butter cream cheese, you have to pair those." said the friendly face. I am not a huge peanut butter fan but I tried it anyway. I was instantly teleported out of this world, how could this combination be so good? I ended up buying the garlic chive cream cheese along with the everything bagel to pair together and of course the mixed berry bagels with the peanut butter cream cheese.

I hosted a couple of breakfasts at my home with some dear friends who demanded to know where the gourmet cream cheese and delicious bagels came from. It was then I realized we have a gem here in Shreveport.

Could Shreveport soon be known for bagels? Several restaurants around town have already collaborated with Bagel Boss Lady to create some delicious brunch items.
