Did you know that Shreveport just got put on the map for having some the best restaurant in Louisiana? Scoring a table at Fat Calf was tough before word spread about USA Today's Best Restaurant List for 2024.

47 restaurants were selected. According to USA Today, "The Restaurants of 2024 include buzzy Instagram-worthy spots backed by award-winning chefs, tried-and-true small-town standbys, and pantheons of fine dining worthy of foodies pilgrimages" Shreveport, Louisiana made the list and Fat Calf Brasserie put us on the map.

Although We Love That Fat Calf Put Us on the Map, We Can't Help But Think That There are Many Other Places That Deserve Some Love.

Guy Fieri has coined himself the Mayor of Flavortown and I would say with a solid 48 seasons of his show "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dive's" he is right. What if the mayor of Flavortown came and gave some of our Shreveport-Bossier eateries' some love? We already know that we have some of the best eats in town, we just wish everyone else around knew how amazing our spots are.
