This Louisiana Castle is Begging to Be a Miniature Golf Course

It could even give Medieval Times a run for its money.

Don't you just love a good castle? The rich history, the dazzling architecture, and all of the Disney princess feelings. It's truly magical when you come face to face with a castle. And believe it or not, there are several across the country that you can visit.

Including Louisiana.

Chateau de Bon Reve is located in Sulphur, Louisiana. The name means "House of Good Dreams." Although there is not a lot of history with this castle, the 12,400-square-foot estate was built in 2007 complete with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The problem is that it looks more like a place you would take the family to play miniature golf.

In fact, it doesn't seem like anyone ever really lived there. It is now used as an events space and wedding venue. From their Facebook page, it looks like they frequently do fireworks shows around the Fourth of July.
