Today We Made Shreveport Radio History [VIDEO]

Today was an eventful day inside the K945 studio. We made history, and we have the video to prove it!

Granted, I understand I'm probably just being a proud dad here, but come on, this is awesome! A few weeks ago, my youngest daughter lost her first tooth. This tooth was trying to come out for weeks, and with a split schedule, I was worried she would lose her first tooth away from me. Luckily, I was able to pull it out during my grandma's 100th birthday! Quickly, another tooth was almost ready to come, and I selfishly wanted that tooth as well. What can I say? I enjoy being the tooth fairy!

Today, during the show, she told me that it was ready to come out. During a song, I finally put my hands on it and indeed it was. I knew there was only one way to capture this special moment, and that was live on the air.

To my knowledge, no one else has ever had their tooth pulled while being live on the radio in Shreveport. Hopefully my sweet little Rosie will remember this moment forever, as not every kid has a pulled tooth experience like hers!

In case you missed the segment on the show, we were able to record it in the studio as well! I'm proud of this big girl, as I could tell this tooth pull hurt a little bit more than her first.
