If you ask someone who's lived in Shreveport-Bossier for a while where the nicest or most expensive homes are, they'd most likely tell you either Southern Trace or Stonebridge. Some might even throw in Old Oakes or the section of Fairfield Avenue in Shreveport with all of the gorgeous old mansions. But have you ever noticed that over time, things change, and what you thought might be 'true' has changed?
