
Twitter Users Cry ‘RIP Vine’ After Facebook Launches Video on Instagram, Crack Jokes With ‘Using Vine Is Like’ Hashtag
Facebook released an update to its Instagram app today that allows people to record and upload 15-second videos, complete with filters and more options not currently offered by its competitor, Vine. Folks on Twitter, which owns Vine, ironically used the hashtag #UsingVineIsLike to criticize the app for being outdated and passé.
