Underage Drinker Avoids Jail Time By Beating Cop in Rock, Paper, Scissors [VIDEO]

Chilifest, an annual country music festival in Snook, Texas, went down this past weekend. As you can imagine, like all music festivals around the world, there was a a lot of drinking going on.

I imagine at a festival of this size, it would be tough for police officers to punish underage drinkers. You know they are there, and there are a lot of them. That doesn't stop them from trying.

College Station police caught a girl who was underage and intoxicated. What they did next has the entire world talking.

They gave her a chance at freedom. She had two options after getting busted.

1. Go to jail.

2. Beat the police officer in Rock, Paper, Scissors and the police leave immediately.

Yes, you read that correctly. If she wins, she gets off with a warning.
