Growing up in California, I was used to seeing food truck parks and there were food trucks just about everywhere. Unfortunately in Shreveport-Bossier, we don't have many, so the few that we have always seem to have a loyal following. The Launch Network Has Something Epic Up Their Sleeves.

The Launch Network is a program dedicated to empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs across North Louisiana, now they have a free workshop aimed at aspiring food truck owners. "The workshop will provide comprehensive guidance on starting and running a successful food truck business - from concept to launch - with special guest speaker Rodrigo Mondragon of Ki’ Mexico."  The workshop is on July 26th, 2024 at MS Kick from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
