A Food Truck is one of My Favorite Things to Spot at Any Event.

Growing up in California, I was used to seeing food truck parks and there were food trucks just about everywhere. Unfortunately in Shreveport-Bossier, we don't have many, so the few that we have always seem to have a loyal following. What do you do if you want to have your very own food truck but don't know where to start?

The Launch Network Has Something Epic Up Their Sleeves.

The Launch Network is a program dedicated to empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs across North Louisiana, now they have a free workshop aimed at aspiring food truck owners. "The workshop will provide comprehensive guidance on starting and running a successful food truck business - from concept to launch - with special guest speaker Rodrigo Mondragon of Ki’ Mexico."  The workshop is on July 26th, 2024 at MS Kick from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you want to learn about business planning or wish to learn about licensing permits and regulations specific to food truck operations in North Louisiana this workshop is perfect for you.

"We are thrilled to offer this workshop to the community," said Dave Smith, Executive Director at the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program (EAP). "Our goal is to provide aspiring food truck owners with the knowledge and resources they need to turn their dreams into reality. This workshop is a great opportunity to learn from industry experts and connect with other entrepreneurs."
