What is the New Blue Bell Flavor for the Fall?

The ice cream scientists in Brenham, Texas are always hard at work to stay on the cutting edge of flavor.  Now, the powers that be at Blue Bell have decided to unleash their latest creation on the masses.  What is the new flavor?  I'll give you a hint: It's not chicken sandwich.

According to the official press release, the new flavor is: Salted Caramel Cookies!

I could tell you more, but nothing will measure up to your own taste buds summation of the experience.  What you are looking at in the tweet above is one third of the trifecta of consumable Fall perfection.

You get this ice cream, a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks, and Popeye's chicken sandwich and poof - you have become a duly appointed ambassador of Autumn.  Feel free to don a few scarves, some furry boots, and a beanie regardless of the actual (sweltering) temperature.  Just make sure there are no lick marks on your Blue Bell.
