Shia Lebeouf got himself into handcuffs at a bar this weekend. It all started when Mark Maestro approached him in a bar to get a picture for his girlfriend. Mark claims Shia was very rude and refused to take a picture. An hour later Mark and his friend were on the patio when Shia walked out and the friend says "What's up Shia?" Shia started swearing at the guys and was slurring his words. Mark then used a gay slur which made Shia Shia lose it. Shia walked away to his car, then jumped back out and ran at Mark then started to chest bump him. The bouncer jumped in and put Shia in a headlock. A cop was out on the street and came and put Shia in handcuffs right away. He was eventually let go and no one was arrested. This is the second close call Shia has had since he was arrested in a Walgreens in Chicago back in '09 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

The Real Housewives of New York has been postponed until spring to make way for a new guest... Camille Grammer! She is in talks to appear on the show by the request of Jill Zarin. Jill knows that the New York women haven't been creating enough drama and this would be the ratings boost they need. Producers supposedly scrapped much of the footage for this New York season because there was no fighting between the women. As an added bonus, Camille would be in the same city as her ex, Kelsey!

Justin was a star during the Super Bowl yesterday but he skipped the big game to spend time with his girlfriend. He still won't admit to it, telling Ryan Seacrest that he and Selena Gomez are best friends who like hanging out. But yesterday they were photographed holding hands and walking through Santa Monica! It's time to just come clean with it you two.

Jake Gyllenhaal was in Nashville this weekend but it wasn't to rekindle with Taylor Swift. He has a new leading lady in his life and they spend the whole weekend together. It is Shia's ex, Carey Mulligan! The two were spotted attending a super secret Mumford and Sons concert at a house party and then dining at City House restaurant later.
