What Message Would You Put on Your Car for Louisiana Drivers?
Has anyone else seen the dark red two-toned Ford truck driving around Shreveport with 'the left lane is for passing only' in large yellow letters on the tailgate? I figure the owner must be pretty passionate about their message because it looks like the lettering was done by a professional. What would your message for other drivers say? I know mine would read, 'turn signals aren't optional!'
As per usual, when we asked you what your sign would read, you didn't disappoint! Here are some of my favorites:
Tim Cassario - Is that friend you're texting going to pay for the wreck you're about to cause?
David Randall - Get off your phone!
Doug Connor - Get off the phone and drive!
Sean Davis - Stay back 300 meters or you will be shot!
Amanda Camille Gates Smith - If I’m driving you crazy, be sure to put on your seat belt.
Gwen Herndon - SLOW DOWN!
Kacee Hargrave Kirschvink - The blinker is your friend.
Karen Taylor Carlsrud- There's no prize for getting there first.
Dana Heath - See that flashing thing? It means I'm moving over.
Nicole Scroggins Plunkett - Commit to the turn! Unless there's a stop sign, a yield sign, or a traffic light, you don't have to come to a complete stop to turn people.
Chris Vergo - I'm not in your way, you're in mine.
While there are some pretty funny responses, you can tell we get a little 'het-up' about the other drivers in our area? What would your message be? Let us know in the post below, check out the other comments and feel free to give me a follow!
