What New Restaurant Does Bossier City Need? [Poll]

Bossier City's downtown area is about to get a major overhaul.  A downtown revitalization project, that will cost fifteen million dollars according to the Shreveport Times, promises to breathe new life into the area from Traffic Street to Hamilton Road on Barksdale Boulevard.

Lots of new businesses will fill the new buildings and spaces, and I hope that a huge chunk of them are restaurants.  The food in the Shreveport / Bossier City area is already mind blowing, but I would to have an In-N-Out Burger, Red Robin, or a White Castle (I'll settle for Krystal Burger).  Really any kind of good, and I stress good, chain restaurant here to shake things up would be great!
