Shreveport Wonders, When Will This Thai Restaurant Finally Open?

One of My Favorite Thai Restaurants is in Tyler.

It was not long that after their success they decided to open up another spot in Longview. Chiangmai Thai has been in the works in Shreveport for over a year now. If you Google Chiangmai Thai you will see that there is an address for Shreveport. No website or phone number to be found.

I First Noticed Chiangmai Thai in the Works When I Discovered Taqueria El Eden.

Keep in mind I first discovered this taco shop over a year ago so of course I have been waiting for an update from the Thai spot. Unfortunately, none of the other Chiangmai Thai Kitchen restaurants in Shreveport or Bossier know anything about an opening date. Both the people who answered the phones in the Longview and Tyler, Texas location claim that they know nothing about a Shreveport location.

Is This Thai Restaurant Dead Before it Even Opens?

I am so sad at the thought of not ever being able to experience Chiangmai Thai in Shreveport. Could it be on hold for now? We love seeing new businesses come to Shreveport-Bossier however it makes us sad to see that this restaurant has been in the works for well over a year with no promises of an opening date.
