Where Do I Take My Wife On Our First Date (In The SBC)?

Tracy and I have been married for 10 years now, and it has been wonderful!  I wouldn't trade the ups and the downs for anything.  Our big struggle is finding enough time to spend together.  We used to go out all the time, but you know how it is.  Once Deacon came along 8 years ago, less and less time seems to be available at the end of the day for us to share.  By the way, Deacon is our son - not some distant family member sleeping on our couch.  Anyway, it's even more important than ever for us to put aside time for ourselves.

This Friday such an occasion will arrive.  It will be our first date in the Shreveport / Bossier City area, and I want to make it special.  I know we can't visit all of the romantic spots - but I need your help.  What is the most romantic restaurant in the SBC?  I can't let this lady down!
