Woman Found Guilty Of Leaving Her Infant Daughter To Die In A Trashcan May Not Face Prison
Jessica Price was arrested back in 2013 for the murder of her infant daughter who she left to die in a Kohl's bathroom trash can in Louisville Kentucky after giving birth in the stall. The story shocked and horrified the community and now outrage is back as it looks like price will not face prison time! She was also accused of tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse.
KSLA reports that while Price accepted a manslaughter Alford plea deal for 10 years in prison it looks like she will serve her time out on probation. The judge in the case said the reason for the probation is because "He doesn't believe she would do anything like this again".
An Alford Plea Deal means she claims innocence but acknowledges there's enough evidence she'd be found guilty in court.
