UPDATE: Woman Murdered in Bossier Is Identified

Another woman has been killed in Bossier City, the 2nd in less than a week.

Bossier Detectives are investigation a murder on Whittington Street.

The victim is identified as 26-year-old Kalisca Sheunta Williams of 910 Whittington Street in Bossier City, LA. The investigation is ongoing.

At 11:10 p.m. on January 21, 2020, Bossier City Police responded to a shooting at a residence in the 900 block of Whittington Street. Officers located an unresponsive woman with a gunshot wound inside the residence. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene by the Bossier City Fire Department. Detectives are continuing the investigation.

Last week a 29 year old woman was killed when someone opened fire on her SUV while she was driving on I-220. She was found dead inside the vehicle.
