Yahoo Picks Up Sixth Season Of ‘Community’

After being canceled by NBC last spring, "Community" has been picked up by Yahoo Screen for a 13-episode sixth season, E! News reports.

Castmembers Joel McHale, Danny Pudi, Gillian Jacobs, Alison Brie, Jim Rash, Yvette Nicole Brown and Ken Jeong are set to return, along with producer Dan Harmon.

"I am very pleased that Community will be returning for its predestined sixth season on Yahoo," said Harmon in a statement. "I look forward to bringing our beloved NBC sitcom to a larger audience by moving it online. I vow to dominate our new competition. Rest easy, Big Bang Theory. Look out, Bang Bus!"
