Yoga Farm Fest in Shreveport this Weekend

Starting this Friday and continuing on through the weekend, the Yoga Farm Fest will be taking place here in Shreveport.

Starting time on Friday will be 5 pm at Great Raft Brewery where you can pick up your grab bag and register for class. Then Saturday and Sunday will kick off at 8 am on Ellerbe Road. To get the directions and a map to the location check out their website here.

According to the event page on Facebook, the event invites all to "Come breathe with us in nature for a weekend of asanas set to live music, meet your local farmers to understand where good food comes from, enjoy that food created by local chefs, learn about the healing art of acupuncture and herbs or just come for some good people watching."
