April 11, 2013 One of my fondest memories of Holiday in Dixie was during my sophomore year of high school at Haughton High. I had been invited to the Airline prom and for some reason I thought that made me extra cool or something! The dance was at the University Club, high atop the American Tower in downtown Shreveport.

I'm only a little biased since he's from the SBC and because he along with his family and his band have become such close friends of the station. Matthew and his cohorts have struck again and this time, they're helping out at Sutton Children's Hospital! You guys ROCK!
