Has it really been nine years since Will Ferrell introduced audiences to the legendary Ron Burgundy with 'Anchorman'? Has it really taken Ferrell and co-writer/director Adam McKay almost a decade to put together a follow-up to the best comedy of the '00s? Well, that wait is almost over and the new trailer for 'Anchorman 2' suggests that Burgundry and his elite news team haven't lost a step.

Although styled similarly to the first teaser from awhile back, this new trailer contains completely different and presumably improvised dialogue. Under majestic golden lights, Ron Burgundy, Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and Champ Kind (David Koechner) pose in style and talk sexy straight into the camera...except for Brick, who doesn't understand how to properly promote a movie. Riffing happens. Then, Ron calls us all "fat face" and demands that we stay classy.

To call 'Anchorman 2' the comedy event of the year would be an understatement. In addition to being another Ferrell/McKay film (which is always a good thing), it's the sequel to the film that has helped define an entire generation of comedy. This movie is a big deal for many people. You can often tell when a comedy is going to broke by the number of celebrities and movie stars who sign on for cameos. We don't want to spoil who's showing up, but let's just say that it's, uh, everybody.

'Anchorman 2' hits theaters on December 20th, 2013...but we want it right now!
