Bossier Sheriff’s Bust Sex Trafficking Suspects From Arkansas
KTBS reports that Bossier Sheriff Department busted a sex trafficking ring that was transporting girls from Arkansas in a U-haul to a Bossier apartment. The Sheriff's ran a sting operation at the Village Square North & South Apartments where an undercover officer was able to get one of the girls on tape agreeing to trade sexual acts for money.
So far 6 people had been arrested and the girls who were involved in prostitution were all 18 and 19 some still in High School. "Purchased" which is a local group who helps victims of sex trafficking is helping several of the girls who were involved.
