5. Casey Abrams is one of the Top 24 on "American Idol," but his spot might be in jeopardy. Last night Casey was rushed to the hospital with severe stomach pains. He was kept overnight and we're still waiting to hear how he's doing. But sources say if he's not well enough to perform during a taped segment for the show on Friday, he will be eliminated from the competition. NOT. FAIR.

4. "American Idol" apparently found a way to make money at it because there's no other reason they would start offering viewers an option of online voting out of the kindness of their hearts. Sources say Facebook will offer online voting this season and each fan will be able to vote 50 times during that week's voting period. They're supposed to start FB voting during the first semi-final performance show next Tuesday.

3. Demi Lovato is out of rehab and reportedly back with her ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. The two have been spotted grocery shopping together and were seen getting awful snuggly in a movie theater. According to one source, Demi started dating Wilmer back in May, right after she got dumped by Joe Jonas. Uh, she's 18. He's THIRTY-ONE

2. Charlie Sheen jumped on his private jet yesterday afternoon for a quick Bahamas getaway. Jumping on board that jet with him were his two new girlfriends and his ex-wife. Yes, Brooke Mueller -- for some God-forsaken reason -- is willing to go on a vacation with Charlie and his porn star girlfriend Bree Olson and some model named Natalie Kenly. Maybe Brooke is just trying to play nicey-nice since Charlie just bought her an $8 million manion in his neighborhood. Yes, Brooke and their two sons have moved in with Charlie, but it's just temporary. She'll be setting up house in a 9-bedroom, 10K-sq-ft mansion in Mullholland Estates in just a few weeks. This also means Brooke will be neighbors again with Paris Hilton, which is convenient since they're filming a reality show together for Oxygen.

A law enforcement source who has "intimate knowledge of the surveillance video" told RadarOnline.com that when Lindsay Lohan was inside that Venice jewelry store, a guy with her distracted the store clerk so she could steal a necklace. The source says Lindsay took off her own necklace to try on the one she's accused of stealing. That's when her friend distracted the clerk and Lindsay put her own necklace back on. But she never took the store's necklace off. And then she and her friend leave together. The DA is convinced this will prove that this was all planned and that she is guilty of felony grand theft, which could send Lindsay away for up to 3 years. Lindsay has been offered a deal that would have her serving jail time. She must decide whether or not to plead guilty or go to trial by her next court date on March 10.
