Chef Konstantin may be new to the SBC, but the man definitely knows his way around the kitchen!

Originally from Russia, Chef Konstantin Plavnik developed a love for cooking at a young age. His family came to America when he was just nine years old. After attending Auburn University, he then learned the finer art of cooking at an Art Institute in San Diego, California. After opening several successful restaurants there, he took a job in Bossier City.

"Bossier City is a treasure," he said to me with warm regard.

The man has been here for just four weeks. He is the brains and the seasoning behind the Fisherman's Keep Buffet which will debut at Boomtown Casino on February 9.
