Children’s Miracle Network – Meet the Kids: Zak

It's because of Kids Clinic that Zak is able to do every day tasks like tying his shoes.

Zak has Joubert(Joe-Bears) syndrome. Joubert syndrome is a rare brain malformation characterized by the absence or underdevelopment of the cerebellar vermis - an area of the brain that controls balance and coordination.

Zak has made huge accomplishments since starting at Kids Clinic. He can tie his shoes and button/snap his pants. His goal is to ride a bike and because of donations Kids Clinic has a bike for him to continue to work towards that goal.

As a Miracle Maker, you $12 a month will go toward items like the bike that Zak rides at Kids Clinic.
