Did Miley Cyrus get a boob job? After Miley displayed a rounded chest at the CNN Heroes event this weekend, experts are claiming that Miley went under the knife. But Miley recently defended her weight gain, so maybe she is just packing on pounds in that area too? Miley is denying that she had any cosmetic surgery. She tweeted, ‘Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize that you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!’
