Ed Sheeran’s Television Role Has Given Him New Respect for Women Who Wear Tights

Ed Sheeran is coming to a television near you in an uncomfortable garment.

You'll be seeing Ed Sheeran on your TVs very soon. He landed a role in an upcoming series on FX. The show takes place in medieval times during the 14th century.

Which means lots of tights.

Ed recently did an interview with Entertainment Weekly about the show. When asked about the tights he said the hardest thing about them is trying to go to the restroom.

His character's name is Sir Cormac, the "deadly protege of a high-ranking church elder." Ed says the role is a challenge but that's what he enjoys. He got the role because he has worked with Kurt Sutter, the show's creator, before. Kurt is also the brains behind Sons of Anarchy.
