I remember a time when Farrah was just one of those girls from Teen Mom, crazy how a tad bit of fame will change someone. Her run in the lime-light would have probably been over years ago, then she decided to try out adult films and has never looked back.

Farrah has never denied getting a ton of plastic surgery. She's got work done to her nose, chin, breast, and other procedures.

Maybe this is the wake-up call she needed.

Farrah got some lip injections. And things went TERRIBLY wrong.

Now, usually paparazzi sneak around and get photos of botched plastic surgery. It's not something celebrities necessarily brag about.  Farrah is a little different in that regard. She herself put out the photos showing her horrific transformation after the botched procedure.
