Fetty Wap, best known for the hit "Trap Queen", was involved in a motorcycle accident near his hometown of Paterson, NJ Saturday morning.

Authorities say the singer was injured after being thrown from his bike after colliding with a car. He was taken to  St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center with undisclosed injuries, but not before being ticketed for unlicensed and uninsured operation of a vehicle and failure to produce a vehicle registration.

The accident occurred a day after Fetty Wap celebrated the release of his self-titled debut album.

His rep released a statement that read, "He was treated at a local hospital and is in stable condition. His family wants to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support. They ask that you respect their privacy during this time. We will provide an update on his condition as it becomes available."
