Find Your Fur-Eve Love This Weekend with K945’s ‘My Furry Valentine’

Because there ain't no love like the love of your pet!

Fur-get chocolate, unless it's a chocolate lab. Fur-get roses, unless that's the name you've chosen for your cat. Fur-get a romantic walk in the park, unless it's the dog park. This Valentine's it's all about your soon-to-be pet!

K945 is bringing you "My Furry Valentine."

We've teamed up with Petsmart, Hope for Paws and Petsavers to help you find your fur-ever love this Valentine's weekend. This weekend is National Adoption Weekend and we're hoping to empty out the crates and find these little guys a home.

Jay and I will be out in front of Petsmart on Youree Drive in Shreveport this Saturday, February 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. Plenty of animals will be on hand for you to love on and hopefully adopt. If you can't make it out during this time, Hope for Paws and Petsavers will be on hand beginning at 11 a.m. that day.

If you can't make it to Shreveport, Bossier City Animal Control will be in front of Petsmart in Bossier City from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. as well.

I know what it's like to suffer from extreme cases of Puppy Fever. So come adopt instead of shop and ease that fever immediately!
