What Restaurants Should Guy Fieri Eat At In Shreveport?
We were poking around online and discovered that out of all the Louisiana restaurants featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on Food Network, he's never featured an eatery from our area. These are the five restaurants in Shreveport-Bossier City, LA that we think he should visit... first!
Don't get me wrong, I love how often Louisiana has been featured by Guy, however, great restaurants do exist in the Bayou state outside of New Orleans. Over the years, there have been 20 restaurants from Louisiana on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and not one of them has been from north of Baton Rouge. We think they should remedy that situation. We have a ton of great restaurants here in NWLA and we could expand this list to at least 25 eateries easily.
In fact, when you look at the Food Network website and search for their favorite places to eat in Louisiana, every single restaurant is from the Greater New Orleans area. Of course, I'm partial to Shreveport-Bossier, but what about Lafayette? Lake Charles? Natchitoches? We know how to eat well, too!
