Hancock Fabrics is closing all 185 of its stores across the country. The company had filed for bankruptcy earlier this year.
Hancock has been struggling financially for several years, showing a profit only once in the past nine. The company previously filed for bankruptcy in 2007, and closed 104 stores, but re-emerged a year later.
Hancock has been one of the world's largest fabric retailers, with more than $283 million in sales as recently as 2014.
There are two Hancock locations in the ArkLaTex, on Mansfield Road in Shreveport and on Airline Drive in Bossier City.
