Have You Heard or Seen Mr. Okra in New Orleans? [VIDEO]

It took less than 60 seconds for me to fall in love with this man.

I will be completely honest with you, I have never been to New Orleans. I know. My father has been, but I have not. I thought kids were supposed to be cooler than their parents, but alas I am not. This 60-second video has just solidified my resolution to take a trip to the Big Easy in 2017.

His name is Mr. Okra.

He is a traveling produce vendor, but what's more... He is a singing produce vendor. That's right. Arthur J Robinson, better known as Mr. Okra, has been driving his decorative truck around New Orleans selling his vegetables and fruit for over 50 years. He is currently 73 years old and is in no hurry to retire.

I'd like to think that not only is he selling food that is good for you, he's giving you an experience that is good for your soul. Watch this video and try not to love him...
